Kevin Hare is the founder of Lido Bay Equity Partners, specializing in raising capital and investing in multifamily real estate.
A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Kevin has over 29 years of executive leadership experience in three multi-billion-dollar companies. He also held a real estate license for four years, gaining hands-on industry expertise.
At Lido Bay Equity Partners, he leverages his leadership, financial, and real estate background to help investors build wealth through strategic multifamily investments.
Maurice Holsome | Co-Founder - Managing Partner
Maurice has over a decade of experience in multifamily maintenance and asset management for multimillion-dollar properties. During this tenure, I oversaw the management of over a thousand units. The organization was a multi-billion dollar company, ranking as the third-largest apartment owner in the United States.
